workfashion as co-founder of Fabric Loop

The textile industry faces the challenge of developing sustainable solutions to conserve resources and reduce environmental impact. As co-founders of Fabric Loop, we at workfashion are actively committed to the implementation of the circular economy in the Swiss textile industry.

Fabric Loop is an association that aims to promote the closing of the material loop in the Swiss textile industry. The aim of the association is to establish a Swiss-wide industry organisation. The aim of this organisation is to close material cycles more efficiently and effectively through advance recycling fees. In the long term, this should lead to more secondary raw materials and less use of resources.

Our goals in line with STS 2030

Our commitment at Fabric Loop is in line with the goals of Sustainable Textiles Switzerland 2030 (STS 2030), a multi-stakeholder programme to promote sustainability in the Swiss textile and clothing industry.

The main objectives of STS 2030 include:

Fabric Loop Ziele

Our role at Fabric Loop

As co-founders of Fabric Loop, we actively contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that support these goals. We are involved in pilot projects to develop recycling systems for textiles and are working to design our products so that they can circulate in a closed loop. By working closely with other industry players, we promote transparency and efficiency throughout the value chain.

Our commitment to Fabric Loop and STS 2030 is an expression of our endeavour to take responsibility for the environment and promote sustainable practices in the textile industry. We are convinced that through joint efforts and innovative approaches, we can make a positive change.

We invite all players in the industry to join us and work together towards a sustainable textile future.
