Anyone who uses public transport on a daily basis is familiar with the train attendants in their everyday work. As we travel safely through the Swiss countryside on the Südostbahn, 
the heroes on the rails carry out their daily duties with great dedication. The customer service staff work round the clock to ensure that passengers feel comfortable. 

They help with questions and concerns and provide information about points of interest along the route.
